Polestar provides full hardware support on any existing systems through third party partner organisations. Each client is evaluated specifically and the optimum partner contacted to offer support where most suitable. Polestar manages this relationship on the client’s behalf.
Standard Hardware Package
Cover provided 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Public & Bank Holidays) Based on an 8 hour response time
Extended Hardware Packages
Cover provided 24 x 7 x 365 Based on 4 hour response times - Please contact our Sales Team for details
