Remote Support


Polestar is able to offer Remote Support Services using specialist software.  This service provides for on-going administration of client networks from our network operations centre - without the need for costly site visits.
 
Remote access is possible through a private direct-dial connection. This allows our engineers to connect to your network and use various tools for administration and management. If a supported VPN enabled Firewall is installed, we will also administer networks across the Internet.
 
Access, however, is controllable by you customer and will only be used with your prior permission.
 
Standard Remote Support
Availability 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday  (Excluding Public & Bank Holidays)
Based on an 4 hour response time
 
Extended Remote Support
Availability 24 x 7 x 365

Client-Server software connectivity problems can only be supported if Polestar supports both Server and Client machines. We are happy to discuss your needs and provide you with additional Support Options for specific items.
